Kerri Andersen

I’m Kerri, the founder of Beautiful Day Collective. My work is rooted in my expertise as an advocate and educator. I spent years first as a teacher and then as a dedicated social justice attorney, supporting individuals through complex, high-stakes systems and some of the hardest days of their lives. That experience deeply shapes how I create spaces now.
I bring the structure and clarity of an educator, the depth and integrity of an advocate and the warmth and presence of a trauma-informed facilitator. The result is work that is both grounded and expansive where people feel held, respected and free to be fully themselves.
I design and facilitate experiential programs that strengthen connection, psychological safety, and engagement within teams and communities.
My work blends structured facilitation, guided reflection, and creative practice to help people show up more authentically and relate more effectively to one another.
Programs are offered as workshops, retreats, speaking engagements, and consulting engagements, tailored to the needs of each organization.
Heart of the Matter
WHO WE ARE
Come as you are. Leave more connected.
Beautiful Day Collective creates safe spaces through intentional experiences where people can step out of performance and perfection-based expectations and back into presence, creativity and real connection with themselves and each other.
WHAT PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
Clients and participants often arrive a little guarded, unsure of what to expect. Quickly, something softens.
Conversations deepen. People show up more honestly. There’s laughter, ease and moments of real connection where vulnerability creates resilience.
People who don’t consider themselves “creative” often find themselves making, expressing and engaging in new ways.
THEY LEAVE FEELING
more open
more connected
more grounded in themselves
Not because they were pushed, but because the welcoming space made it safe to stretch out and just be.
